The residential complex “Miliasia” is located in Kontaraina Lefkada, a traditional settlement at a distance of 4 kilometers from Vasiliki. Access is very easy as it is located on the provincial road of Nydriou Vasiliki and within the settlement. It is an ideal choice for exploring southern Lefkada and the entire island.
The complex consists of 4 spacious houses, two one-room (45 sq m) and two maisonettes (90 sq m) whose construction was completed at the end of 2023. Its form and aesthetics as well as the furniture and decoration make it stand out as it combines traditional standards with the modern architecture – decoration. The residences are ideal for family holidays as they are fully equipped. In the complex there are parking spaces for visitors

The residence is a spacious maisonette spread over two levels. On the ground floor there is the living room, the dining room, the kitchen and an accessible bathroom, while on the first floor there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. In the living room the sofa becomes a normal bed while there is also a pouf that can also be converted into a children’s bed (0.75X1.80), in total it can sleep up to six guests.
